Professional Routines by RSA Qualified Instructors for Full Body Workouts
The main aim of this web site is to offer to new instructors some tried and tested routines that we have developed during six years of running independent classes in villages around the county of Essex in the United Kingdom. The routines given here are designed to be both challenging and interesting whilst at the same time avoiding over-complicated moves. We have found that new exercisers are able to master these routines after just two or three classes and that experienced exercisers are able to obtain a strong workout immediately. We hope that the routines and some other information given here on establishing and running independent classes may not only be useful to newly qualified instructors but may also be of some help to keen amateurs who may be considering training to become instructors.
